    Its location really close to a public square was perfect. The restaurant here was comfortable with chef's from Japan, we both ordered delicious dishes.

    Some of the staff were not so helpful.

    Tidy, brand-new hotel, I liked lovely modern and well laid out rooms and hospitable staff. Booked a room with magnificent views of downtown. The location was amazing and fantastic, just a short walk away from Skytower.

    A Perfect Getaway in Auckland!

    The classic king room offered great space. Enjoyed a quiet night despite the city buzz. The complimentary valet was a treat, and we loved the coffee selection. Pro tip, take advantage of the cafe during checkout for a lovely brew!

    My friend and T really appreciated the service and friendliness of the staff but what imopressed us the most were the beds. so lovely to sink into.Only one disappointment, we arrived back on Saturday night after a busy day and looking forward to Midsomer Murders on Prime but it wasn't available. Overall, though we were very satisfied

    I booked 2 rooms and received the appropriate confirmation of this from you but when we arrived the hotel only had one room. It was only after pressing the hotel strongly that they found another room.

    The location

    The room was on the 3rd floor facing Queen Street.There was no doubleglazing on the windows and the traffic noise was bad. Difficulty sleeping.
